This guide is provided by Conductor, the service that powers the QuickBooks Desktop integration for many business tools, including the one that sent you here.

If you want to remove Conductor’s QuickBooks Desktop integration from your computer (such as if you are moving to a new computer), please follow the steps below.

1

Open the QuickBooks Web Connector

First, open QuickBooks Desktop on your computer. Then, in the top menu bar, click “File”, select “App Management”, and then select “Update Web Services”. This will open the QuickBooks Web Connector.

2

Disable auto-run

In the Web Connector window that opens, you will see a list connections to your QuickBooks Desktop on your computer. Find the row with the name of the product you want to disconnect (i.e., the product or service that sent you this guide). In that row, uncheck the box in the “Auto-Run” column.

3

Update the connection

In the same row as the previous step, select the check box in the far left of the row, and then click “Update Selected”.

4

Remove the connection

In the same row as the previous step, click “Remove” on the right side of the row, and then click “Yes” to confirm. The row should now be removed from the list in the Web Connector.

Conductor’s QuickBooks Desktop integration is now removed from your computer.
